Administrative Employee

What will you be doing

• Monitors bank balances and identifies impending shortages or surpluses
• Monitors the quality and overview of the administrations
• Ensures the connection of the payroll administration with the financial administration (journalization and control)
• Approve crew invoices and compare the invoices with the time system (randomly)
• Checks and processes incoming and outgoing invoices, fees and declarations, encrypts them for processing in the financial administration and identifies irregularities
• Monitors and takes care of the progress and timely payment of incoming and outgoing outstanding invoices
• Takes care of the debtor management and follows the established collection procedure for debtors
• Manages, books and controls the cash register and identifies irregularities
• Keeps track of bank accounts and processes the data in the financial administration
• Processes changes in the financial software package Exact online

Job requirements

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
• Work experience at least 1 year
• Knowledge of Exact Online is an advantage
• Good command of the Dutch language and excellent command of the English language
• Theoretical and/or practical knowledge of financial and tax laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of accounting techniques, the accounting system and financial-administrative procedures and skill in handling them.
