Event Manager
If you were looking for a fun job, we got you covered. Start your job as an Event Organizer! In this role, you will be responsible for organizing fun events on water for corporate or private clients. Put your soft skills at work while you use your talent for creating the best formula for a boat party.
- Organize events from A to Z;
- Create quotes, send confirmations and invoice clients;
- Attend appointments with customers and suppliers;
- Maintain contact with your customers and suppliers;
- Handle the phone calls;
- Solve unforeseen problems;
- Aftersales after an event (e.g. calling the customers).

Operations and Logistics
During this internship you will have the unique opportunity to fully contribute to the success of Flagship Amsterdam team. You have a varied role. You support the operational managers and you are mainly involved in supporting and managing the skippers, schedules and more. You work closely with other teams within Flagship Amsterdam and you also help with the day to day challenges of the operations team.
All in all, this is a fun and challenging internship at a beautiful start-up, where you work independently and get a lot of personal responsibility!

- You help with the preparation and execution of events;

Marketing and partnerships

Human Resources
During this HR internship you will have the unique opportunity to fully participate in the team of Flagship Amsterdam. You have a varied role, you support the HR manager and you are mainly involved in the coordination of the recruitment and selection process, have a lot of contact with applicants and are involved in organizing various training courses. You will work closely with other teams within Flagship Amsterdam.
All in all, a fun, challenging internship where you get to work independently and get a lot of personal responsibility!

Job requirements
- Good oral and written command of the English and Dutch language;
- Preferably living in Amsterdam;
- You have a talent for organizing and always remain customer-friendly;
- You have a high degree of independence, but you are also a team player;
- You are flexible and collegial;
- Although we love to party from time to time, you also have to be stress resistant;
- You have knowledge of the Microsoft office package;
- You give honest feedback on how processes within the company can improve;
- You are hospitable and receive everyone in the office as if it were your own home;
- You are available for at least 4 months for 32-40 hours per week.
