Maintenance Employee

Flagship is a young shipping company that was started by a group of friends. We provide courses and private cruises through the canals of Amsterdam. In the past 5 years, we have grown from 3 sloops to a fleet of 31 sloops and saloon boats. Our goal is to always give our guests a 5-star experience on the water. The basis of every 5-star review is the harbour, where all boats depart in the morning and return in the evening. In the harbour, all boats are supplied, cleaned and technically kept in good condition for care-free cruises. Because of the growth of recent years, we are looking for motivated employees for a longer period of time. You will learn everything around the ins and outs of the harbour.

What will you be doing? 

You will be responsible for the maintenance of 31 electrical boats in our two harbours in Amsterdam East and West. You will make sure that our boats are ready to go for the next day, You can think of tasks like:

• Small damage repairs;
• Battery maintenance;
  
• Repair electical errors.

Job requirements

• You speak Dutch and/or English;
• You are motivated and like to undertake action;
• Technical and/or maritime background and driving licence is an advantage;
• Experience with electrical boats;
• You will in or nearby Amsterdam.
