Processing by third parties

Flagship Amsterdam provides personal data to third parties only when strictly necessary for the performance of a service you have purchased and to comply with laws and regulations. We do not sell personal data. When third parties share personal data on our behalf (so-called processing agreements), we enter into processing agreements to ensure the careful and secure processing of your data.

Processing outside the EU/EEA

All personal data processed by Flagship Amsterdam are processed within the EU.

Flagship Amsterdam protects your personal information seriously and has taken applicable technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. Changes Privacy policy

Flagship Amsterdam may modify this privacy policy at any time. The website displays the most recent version. Please check the website regularly for new updates. If our new privacy policy has consequences for the way we process your collected personal information, we will inform you by e-mail.
