We have access to a diverse fleet of large vessels. Depending on the specific ship chosen, we can comfortably host groups ranging from 50 up to several hundred guests. Whether you need a standing reception setup or a seated dinner configuration, we match the vessel to your guest count to ensure it feels neither crowded nor empty.

Generally, no. The large event ships are too wide and tall for the narrow 17th-century canals and low bridges of the Jordaan or Red Light District. Instead, we cruise the wide, majestic waters of the IJ River, the Amstel River, and the Oosterdok. This offers spectacular panoramic views of the skyline, modern architecture, and the open harbor.

Catering is fully customizable. We offer everything from casual BBQ buffets and “walking dinners” to high-end seated multi-course meals. We work with preferred catering partners to ensure restaurant-quality food is served fresh on board. You can choose a package that fits your budget and event style.

Yes, most corporate packages include a Dutch Bar (unlimited beer, wine, and soft drinks). We can easily upgrade this to an International Bar including spirits, cocktails, and prosecco. A welcome drink (like Cava or Champagne) is a popular add-on to kick off the festivities as guests board.

We can dock at various key locations along the IJ or Amstel, such as near Central Station (Ruijterkade) or the Musicgebouw aan ‘t IJ. If your office is located on the waterfront, we might even be able to pick you up directly from your doorstep!

A popular itinerary is to start with a land-based activity (like a City Treasure Hunt) and end at a dock where the Big Boat awaits for the evening party. We can also arrange for smaller electric sloops to “ferry” guests from the small canals to the big ship for a grand finale.

For large event vessels, the standard minimum rental duration is usually 4 hours. This allows enough time for boarding, the cruise, food service, and a proper party atmosphere. Shorter transfers are possible but are subject to availability and specific routing
