What personal data do we process?
We process the following types of personal data, depending on the purpose:

Basis of processing
The AVG only allows the processing of personal data if there is a legal basis for it. We base this on the following bases:
Execution of an agreement – for example, if you book something with us, such as a canal cruise.

Legitimate interest – for example, to communicate changes in our services to you, or to improve our website.
Retention periods
We keep your personal data securely for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which we need it, or as long as required by law. After this, the data will be destroyed or anonymised.
Processing by third parties
Flagship Amsterdam provides personal data to third parties only when strictly necessary for the performance of a service you have purchased and to comply with laws and regulations. We do not sell personal data. When third parties share personal data on our behalf (so-called processing agreements), we enter into processing agreements to ensure the careful and secure processing of your data.

All personal data processed by Flagship Amsterdam are processed within the EU.

Flagship Amsterdam protects your personal information seriously and has taken applicable technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. Flagship Amsterdam may modify this privacy policy at any time. The website displays the most recent version. Please check the website regularly for new updates. If our new privacy policy has consequences for the way we process your collected personal information, we will inform you by e-mail.
